REPRINT Australia Terms and Conditions Policy

Order Acceptance - Reprint Australia is not bound to provide any goods or services to the applicant unless it has received, and accepted a written order form signed by the applicant.

Retention of Title - Reprint Australia shall remain the legal and beneficial owner of all goods supplied until such time as Reprint Australia has received payments in full for these goods, and all other debts owing by the applicant to Reprint Australia have been paid for in full. In addition to any other rights of Reprint Australia, Reprint Australia is entitled to re-take possession of any goods supplied by it to the client in the event the client fails to comply with any of the terms herein, commits an act of bankruptcy, a receiver, a liquidator or an official manager is appointed, or any other form of insolvency administration whether formal or informal, or where the client ceases to carry on business.

Reprint Australia has the right to resell the goods if it takes possession of them. The client consents to Reprint Australia having access to its premises to inspect the goods at any time, or take possession of the goods. If the goods are on land other than land owned or occupied by the client, and the client has a license, express or implied, or other right to enter upon such land, then Reprint Australia shall be the clients agents to enter upon such land to inspect, or take possession of the goods and the clients shall indemnify and shall keep indemnified, Reprint Australia from any loss damage suffered by Reprint Australia or claims brought against Reprint Australia arising out of it retaking possession of the goods.

Credit Terms - All credit orders are accepted by Reprint Australia subject to satisfactory credit approval of the Customer, and are governed by Reprint Australia credit terms and conditions in force at the time of order placement, including the right to charge interest. Credit approval once granted may be withdrawn at any time. Where credit approval has not been granted, or is withdrawn, payment for all Products or Services supplied is required on delivery. Where credit has been granted, payment for the Products or Services is to be made on or before 30 days from the date of invoice date. Payment must be made in full without set off or deduction. Reprint Australia will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favor of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.

Late Payments - Interest will be charged on any late payments from the date the payment was due until the date of actual payment at the interest rate then charged by Reprint Australia and will be added to the overall cost. Reprint Australia reserves the right to withdraw credit and place any client on COD terms or refuse to provide any goods or services sought by a client. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Direct EFT payments, Cheques and Cash.

Delivery - While every endeavour is made, no guarantee is given by Reprint Australia to deliver goods or services on the day nominated when caused by unforeseeable delay.

Legal Cost - The client shall indemnify Reprint Australia against any legal costs, collection costs, dishonoured cheque fees etc reasonably incurred by Reprint as a result of any breach of these terms and conditions.

Return of Goods - Clients must obtain approval from Reprint Australia to return goods within 7 days of receipt of goods. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Please refer to our Returns, Refund and Exchange of Goods Policy in this website.

Price - Price is subject to change without notice. Goods ordered by fax/phone/internet will be charged at the price current at the time of our receipt of the order.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Reprint Australia Pty. Ltd. ("Reprint Australia") ABN 14 129 543 960 may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and understand these terms and conditions each time an order is placed.
