Returns, Refund and Exchange of Goods Policy
If you are not satisfied with your PRINTLINE or PRINTRITE product, please ring our customer service at +612 8338 9330 +612 8002 1205  within 7 days of your invoice date to arrange a refund or exchange of your order. 
We  do not accept any refund for PRINTER or GENUINE CARTRIDGES if you simply change your mind.
To ensure the efficient handling of your call, you will be asked to provide the following information: -  Name and address  -  Product description  -  Date of purchase/invoice number  -  Reason for the return.
Returns/ Refunds or exchange will be accepted based on the following conditions: -  Item has been supplied incorrectly  -  Item has not been opened  -  Item has faulty  -  For special reasons please contact our customer service.
A copy of the invoice must be included with the returned products to the following address:

Reprint Australia Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurred during transport of the return. Unless stated otherwise under this policy, Reprint Australia reserves the right to refuse any returns which: -  are incomplete or have missing parts  -  no longer in their original packing or -  packaging or product is damaged during transport.
PRINT CAP PLAN Our support team will contact you  to arrange the installation of printer and ink kit system at your premises. After installation, they will print the result for you. If you are not satisfied with the print result, you have no obligation to sign up the plan.
