1. Q. Will the use of non original branded toners affect my printer warranty?
A. No, according to OEM websites which state that the use of non-OEM toner
cartridges do not affect the warranty.
 
2. Q. What are the benefits of using a remanufactured toner cartridge?
A. Apart from the obvious cost savings achieved by using re-manufactured cartridges, there are major environmental benefits.
 
3. Q. Will I get the same number of prints using a Print Line toner cartridge?
A. Yes, our Print Line cartridges are equal to the OEM in print yield and density.
 
4. Q. Will a Print Line re-manufactured cartridge fit into my printer the same as the OEM?
A. Print Line cartridges are remanufactured using good quality OEM shells so when installing your re-manufactured cartridge you can be ensured of the exact same fit.
 
5. Q. My pages have lines or dots down them. Is this the cartridge or the printer causing the problem?
A. The quickest way to determine whether an image defect is cartridge or printer related is to replace the cartridge. If you have two of the same model printer you can swap the cartridges around. If the problem follows the cartridge then you know it is a cartridge problem. If the problem stays with the printer, despite what cartridge is fitted, then it's a printer problem.
 
6. Q. My pages have light streaks or are blank?
A. If the cartridge has recently been installed, check that the seal has been removed. If the cartridge has been in the printer for some time it may just be running out of toner.
 
7. Q. Is the toner in the cartridge toxic?
A. The toner used in Print Line cartridges is not toxic.

A. absolutely All our non-originals are fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase and this is just as good as the warranty on originals !! In the past some manufacturers have tried to suggest that your warranty will be void if an original cartridge is not used however this is against the law unless they can show that the printer was damaged as a direct result of using a non-original cartridge. In this case Print Line will have your machine repaired at no cost to you.
 
13. Q. How can I be sure I'm getting great quality buying from you?
A. Print Line been very selective and found the leading suppliers of both original and non-original cartridges in the country and challenged they satisfy OUR standards of quality control, testing etc. To do this we went and looked for ourselves at their premises to actually see their production lines, testing rooms etc. Then we've challenged them again to get the very best pricing available to pass on to our customers.
